Bookings
- A quote does not secure a date
- A booking is confirmed only once 50% deposit or full payment is received
- Quotes are valid for 14 days
Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to secure the date
- Full payment is due before or on the day of the delivery
- Late payments may incur fees
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancelling within 48 hours may result in a 50% charge
- Rescheduling depends on availability
- If we cancel, all payments will be refunded
Copyright and Image Use
- Copyright remains with Alessandro Pietrosanti
- Clients get a licence for agreed use (e.g. social media, websites)
- Images may not be sold or passed to third parties
- We use selected images for portfolio or promotion, unless you request otherwise in writing
Liability
